I was a litigation partner at Nossaman, Kruger & Marsh (now Nossaman LLP) from 1979 until November 2011. Among the many cases I handled at Nossaman were dozens of eminent domain and inverse condemnation cases. I am the author of A Guide to Interrogatories in California Practice, 48 So.Cal.
