Experience:Over 30 years of civil practice experience in litigation (state/federal) and transactional work gained in the prior private practice of law. Dispute Resolution Experience:Began providing private mediation services soon after completing initial mediation training in 2000. In the course of legal practice, regularly represented clients in court-mandated settlement processes and in alternative dispute resolution forums. Have served on the mediation panel of the United States District Court, Central District, since 2003. Presently serve on the mediation panels of the Riverside County Superior Court (since 2010); the Orange County Superior Court (since 2008); and the Orange County Bar Association fee arbitration program (since 2001). Served as a mediator in the Orange County Superior Court small claims court mediation program subsequent to completing requirements of the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act in 2000. Currently an arbitrator for the fee arbitration program of the State Bar of California (since 1998), and of the Orange County Bar Association (since 1993). Former arbitrator for FINRA, serving as panel chair and sole arbitrator for over 17 years. Conducted mandatory settlement conferences for over ten years for the Orange County Superior Court.
