Experience:Practicing lawyer for 40 years. Has represented clients in a wide variety of corporate, real estate and finance transactions as well as in a wide variety of business litigation matters with a major emphasis on employer-employer disputes. From 1973 to 1985, practiced with several Orange County law firms practicing in the corporate, real estate, finance and franchise fields developing an expertise representing clients in the hospitality industry. Left private practice in 1985 to become the general counsel for a major nation-wide restaurant chain. During the early and mid-90s, served as in-house counsel to several companies that owned troubled real estate assets from the “S&L Crisis.” During this period, restructured or disposed of assets ranging in value from $1 Million to over $110 Million. Since the mid-90s, has owned his own business in the hospitality industry and at the same time has practiced law in the general business litigation area.
