Dispute Resolution Experience:Provide private mediation services as a component of law practice, having represented clients in numerous court-mandated settlement processes and in alternative dispute resolution forums throughout the course of practice. Have served on the mediation panel (fka the Attorney Settlement Officer Panel) of the United States District Court, Central District, since 2003, and presently serve on the mediation panels of the Riverside County Superior Court (since 2010); the Orange County Superior Court (since 2008); and the Orange County Bar Association fee arbitration program (since 2001). Currently an arbitrator in attorney-client fee disputes for the fee arbitration program of the State Bar of California (since 1998) and of the Orange County Bar Association (since 1993). Served as a mediator in the Orange County Superior Court small claims mediation program subsequent to completing requirements of the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act in 2000.
