Where should mandatory chambers copies be delivered?

All parties must deliver courtesy copies to Chambers (Room 339, Spring Street) of all documents filed in the Judge’s civil cases (JC) and all discovery-related documents filed in the Judge’s discovery cases (JCx). The “mandatory Chambers copy” shall be delivered to the drop box in the hall outside Chambers no later than noon of the court day following the e-filing of the document.

If you require an estimate of cost for the preparation of a transcript, contact the court reporter/recorder for the desired proceedings.
- Under Seal Documents - Judge Jacqueline Chooljian is participating in a pilot project regarding the submission of SEALED DOCUMENTS. Effective July 8, 2013, all proposed sealed documents must be submitted via e-mail to the Judge's Chambers email at JC_Chambers@cacd.uscourts.gov. Counsel/parties are directed to deliver to Chambers, one copy of the application, proposed order, and document requested to be filed under seal, no later than 12 noon on the next business day after the documents are electronically filed, pursuant to Local Rule 5-4.5. For further instructions, please see the "UNDER SEAL PILOT PROGRAM" attachment below.
