DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR ALL VENDORS IS AS FOLLOWS:
- All deliveries must be made between the hours of 8:30 to 3:30. Please note that deliveries made later than 3:30 will be refused and the court will not make any payment for non delivery or return delivery of shipment.
Inside delivery is REQUIRED.
Vendor must have their own equipment to make the inside delivery.

The Federal Government is TAX EXEMPT
It is important for all vendors to understand they shall not refer to the federal judiciary, or to any courts or other organizational entities existing thereunder (hereinafter referred to as "the judicial"), in advertising, news releases, brochures, catalogs, television and radio advertising, letters or reference, web sites, or any other media used generally by the vendor in its commercial marketing initiatives, in such a way that it represents or implies that the judiciary prefers or endorses the products or services offered be the contractor. This provision shall not be construed as limiting the contractor's ability to refer to the judiciary as one of its customers.
